This engaging and interactive Seminar by Dr. Anand Deshpande at BRIC-NCCS offered an interesting take on earning a PhD degree, and leveraging these lessons post-PhD. He presented a deeply insightful overview of various aspects of being a good entrepreneur, beginning with breaking mindset constraints, recognizing the value of interdisciplinary networking and building a good team, and following the right steps for business model generation.

Dr. Parul Ganju, Co-founder and CEO of Ahammune Biosciences Pvt. Ltd., and Dr. Aman Sharma, Founder and Director of EXOCAN Healthcare Technologies (and an NCCS alumnus) also shared their experiences as entrepreneurs in the biotechnology sector.
