Project Training Program Details

Duration  :- 6 months / 1 year.

How to Apply: - Project Training programme is a full time programme, conducted four times in a year. Students may apply through our rolling advertisement in the given format published on our website. Tentative schedule of publication of advertisement is given below:-

Session I  (January - June) OR (January  – December) – Applications are open from the month of August, of every year on our website.

Session II (April – September) OR (April to March) - Applications are open from the month of November, of every year on our website.

Session III (July - December) OR (July to June) – Applications are open from the month of February, of every year on our website.

Session IV (October – March) OR (October - September) – Applications are open from the month of May, of every year on our website.

 

 

ELIGIBILITY :-

1. Students who are currently pursuing their first year of M. Sc., M. Pharm, M. Tech, OR students in their fourth year of B. Tech, B. Pharm, B. Sc. or integrated M. Sc.

2. Applicants with qualifications such as MBBS, MD, B. V. Sc, or M. V. Sc. who have a keen interest in translational clinical research. Applicants who have already completed or expected to complete their post-graduation before the training session ends are ineligible to apply. However, this does not apply to MBBS, MD, B. V. Sc, or M. V. Sc degree holders. Please note that meeting the essential eligibility criteria does not guarantee shortlisting or subsequent selection for the PG dissertation at NCCS.

It is mandatory for the selected students to undergo a minimum period of five months training.

Summer Training Program Details

 

NCCS does not admit students directly for the Summer Training Programme. However, candidates

selected as Summer Research Fellows (SRF) by Indian Academy of Sciences (IAS), are admitted

for 2 months training. Students who are interested in Summer Training at NCCS may apply

directly to Indian Academy of Sciences (IAS) SRF Program with preference indicated for NCCS.
